I'm Idris—though my friends call me Idy. I'm a mother of three girls, a wife, a homeschooling mama, and I've been living with celiac disease for over 20 years. Since my diagnosis, I've been developing and writing gluten-free recipes because, well... there just weren't many resources back then!

All of my recipes are gluten-free and gum-free. While some are naturally dairy and/or vegan, many others include dairy, eggs, and other allergens.
