Second is just a missing word. "Form into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap for 10 minutes. " It seems like you need to specify -at room temp- or - chill in frig-?I would put it in the frig, but maybe it is supposed to let the butter warm up a bit? Everyone reads what they know it is supposed to say- fresh eyes see what's actually there. No worries, love your work here!
One typo is this: "Note: If blind baking for a recipe that calls for an unbaked crust, prick holes in the bottom... " you mean baked crust here, not unbaked, right? Anyone who has done this knows but it will confused the inexperienced
